Palm Beach County pool cost guide · 2026

How much does a pool cost in Palm Beach County? Straight answers.

These are Oasis Pools and Pavers' actual price-book numbers for new gunite pools in Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, Wellington, West Palm Beach and the rest of Palm Beach County — the same numbers our estimates are built from.

How much does a new inground pool cost in Palm Beach County?

A new 15×30 gunite pool with a 6 ft deep end, plans, permit allowance, equipment and start-up starts at $50,000 with Oasis. Most homeowners land between $66,000 and $95,000 once they add LED lighting, a pebble finish, a salt system and a travertine or marble deck. Pool plus raised spa packages start at $115,000; a full backyard with pool, spa and landscape package starts at $154,000.

How much does a spa add?

A flush 6 ft tiled spa with jets and blower adds about $13,500. A raised spa with an 18 in wall and tile spillway is about $18,000. A champagne (overflow) spa is about $26,000.

What does a pool deck cost per square foot?

Installed on a compacted base with coping: travertine about $14 / sq ft, porcelain about $15 / sq ft, marble about $16 / sq ft. A typical wrap-around deck is 500–900 sq ft. Artificial turf is about $10 / sq ft installed.

How much is a pool resurface or remodel?

A standard pool resurface is $5,575, with the 30-day start-up procedure included. An upgraded white pebble resurface is $1,500 more. With new waterline tile installed it is $7,870, which includes a $15 per sq ft tile allowance, and with tile and new coping $10,570, based on a typical 90 ft pool edge. Add a 1,000 sq ft 6×12 marble deck and a new skimmer for $13,200 more. Price my remodel.

How long does it take to build a pool in Florida?

Permitting in Palm Beach County typically takes 3–6 weeks depending on the jurisdiction; construction runs 6–8 weeks from dig to water for a typical pool, plus a 30-day start-up where we balance the water.

What is included in an Oasis pool price?

Sealed engineered plans, permit allowance, excavation, steel, 4,000 PSI shotcrete, plumbing, a variable-speed pump, cartridge filter, tile, coping, interior finish, fill and start-up. Fencing and baby fence are by others. Final price is confirmed after an on-site measurement.
